What utilities are included in my lease?
Rent includes: water & sewerage, basic extended cable, trash pick up & pest control.
What kind of pets do you allow and what fees are involved?
Cat and dogs are accepted; weight limit of 100 pounds for dogs; restrictions apply. A non-refundable pet fee of $500 is required per pet and limited to a total of two pets per apartment.
What are the income and credit qualifications?
Total monthly household income (gross) must be at least two and a half (2.5) times the amount of the apartment’s rental rate. Proof of income is required. (i.e. pay stubs) No unpaid rental related debt, no rental judgments or pending bankruptcy. Must pass third party credit screening.
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
The deposit will be refunded If the apartment is not damaged above normal wear and tear and is left clean, and if all lease terms and obligations were met.
How long is the term of the lease? Do you accept leases for short term leases?
We offer a 6 month lease term.
Am I required to have renters insurance?
Management’s property insurance does not cover any resident furniture, clothing or other personal property. Residents are hereby advised to procure renter’s insurance to protect their personal property.
Do you offer furnished or corporate apartments?
Yes, we have corporate and furnished apartments available.
If I need something repaired in my apartment, how do I get it fixed?
We offer a 24-hour emergency maintenance services via our onsite maintenance team and after hour service center.
When is my rent payment due? How can I pay my rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. You can pay your rent online via our Resident Portal or drop payment off in the rental drop box located in the lobby.
What day am I liable for a late charge?
All rent must be paid by the 3th of the month, on the 4th a late charge will be added.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we offer both garage and in-unit parking.
Does the property offer a fitness center?
We offer a state-of-the-art fitness & health center including cardio and strength training equipment.
Does the property have a swimming pool?
Yes, we offer a rooftop pool and deck with phenomenal views of the French Quarter.
